Yes, it’s March! After the months of cold and gloom, spring is finally upon us! This month, we’re focusing on a few important themes: Caffeine Awareness, Expanding Girls’ Horizons in Science & Engineering, and Generosity.

• Caffeine Awareness Month presents us with the opportunity to educate ourselves and our children about the dangers in overconsumption, and to be mindful of our caffeine intake on a daily basis.
• Expanding Girls’ Horizons in Science & Engineering Month is a great chance to encourage daughters in middle and high school to study or pursue careers in STEM.
• Practicing Generosity, helping others in need teaches kids to be caring world citizens and fosters awareness of international issues.
